Gila was born in France in the year 1947. She is married and she has two adult daughters. Gila had studied in "Oranim" college. Since than, she has sculptured in clay and metals and she has done printing works. During the last years Gila is working in the open studio of the "Midrasha". She processes metallic plates with acids, screen printing, etching and engraving. She creates objects with rich textures, loaded with symbolic meanings, which reflect the world of her inner experiences. In addition, Gila photos the works on Canvas, which recreate them anew. Along the years Gila made several personal exhibitions and she participated in group exhibitions in Israel and Germany
