Born in Trieste, Italy, Esther Beer Percal studied painting at the "Fine Art Academy" in Venice. After finishing her studies she decided to immigrate to Israel. At present she lives and works in Tel Aviv. She has presented her works at both collective and individual exhibitions in Israel, Italy and France. In the last thirty years she has created many Environmental Art Works at public buildings all across Israel.
